Your use of the thevetisin.com web site is governed by the policies, terms, and conditions set forth below. Please read the following information carefully. By using this site or submitting an order for products, you indicate your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site nor submit any orders for products. These terms and conditions may be changed by Dr. Bill’s, LLC in the future. It is your responsibility as a user to periodically return to this page to review the terms and conditions for amendments. The amended terms shall take effect automatically the day they are posted on the site. 2. Pricing Policy

Price and availability of products offered on the web site are subject to change without prior notice. All prices quoted are exclusive of sales tax, freight and any applicable shipping and handling charges. Internet sales are subject to sales tax ONLY if you reside in the same state as Dr. Bill’s, LLC.  Quoted prices are for USA market only.

3. Making Purchases

If you wish to purchase products described on the website, you will be asked to supply certain information, including but not limited to credit card or other payment information. You agree that all information that you provide to thevetisin.com will be accurate, complete and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by authorized users of your account and credit card at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable sales, shipping and handling charges relating to your purchases.

4. Order Process

When an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation to the email that has been provided. Orders are shipped as soon as possible. Please specify any shipping instructions in the customer comments section of the order form.

  • All orders are shipped as soon as possible by USPS or UPS ground
  • All non-special shipping request orders are shipped Free of Charge
  • Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • TheVetIsIn.com will always honor the price that is listed at the time of purchase.

All payments are due at time of order. Thevetisin.com accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express cards with no additional surcharges.  Internet sales are subject to sales tax ONLY if you reside in the same state as Dr. Bill’s, LLC.

5. Special Orders

Individuals requesting special delivery of products will pay the standard shipping rate for the service requested. Please contact customer service at 800-851-0321 for details.

6. Payment Methods

We offer our customers a secure and convenient method for making payments online using QuickBooks Intuit. This system uses industry-leading security measures to ensure that your financial information is kept private.

7. Shipping and Handling Policy

Standard shipping rates apply for orders going to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii.

Delivery times may vary, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery within the USA.

US Public Holidays are observed and may delay shipping.

8. Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

We believe in complete customer satisfaction. This is reflected in our 30-day satisfaction guarantee return policy.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused portion for a full refund (less shipping and handling) within 30 days of your order.

To return product, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To do so, contact our customer service representatives at (800) 851-0321 to request an RMA number.

Please note: The warehouse cannot accept packages without an RMA number.  Store credit will be issued for all purchase returned after the 30-day return policy.  We will not process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender.”  Refunds will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.

9. Order Cancellation

All orders must be canceled the same day the order is placed within our normal business hours (8am-5pm PST).

10. Feedback

We read email from 8am to 5pm PST Monday to Friday. We respond to your email in most cases by the next business day unless it requires research. If your email requires research, it may take longer. During the holiday season, we may not be able to respond as quickly as usual.
